I am an interdisciplinary researcher working across across economics, politics, and social policy. My doctorate explored the political feasibility of basic income in high-income countries and my postdoctoral research to date has examined the case for basic income from a macroeconomic and political economy perspective, drawing on trends in the labour share, technological change and household debt. I lead the Bath UBI Beacon’s workstream and on The Future of Work.
